I've lost/bought a new/reset my phone and need to set up 2FA again – how do we do this?
We need to verify it is you, we will need you to provide us with;
- A selfie of yourself holding your Australian issued ID and a piece of paper that clearly reads: your signature, current date and the word myCryptoWallet.
- A copy of your phone bill showing your new number and details.
Once we can verify you, you will be sent an SMS for you to disable your 2FA. You will have a withdrawal lock on your account for 48 hours.
You will be sent an SMS to approve the account changes.
