I've lost/bought a new/reset my phone and need to set up 2FA again – how do we do this?

We need to verify it is you, we will need you to provide us with;


Photo verification of yourself holding your Government issued ID and a piece of paper that clearly reads: your signature, date & either 'I've lost my phone', 'I've bought a new phone' or 'I reset my phone'.


Once we can verify you, you will be sent an SMS for you to disable your 2FA. You will have a withdrawal lock on your account for 48 hours.
