If you happen to forget to attach your UBC in the description of your deposit - please raise a support ticket providing a screenshot of the deposit you made and it will be forwarded onto higher management to have your account funded within business hours (9am-5pm). Unfortunately support do not have the authority to go through MCW bank account and fund users accounts.
Where is my deposit? 99% of the time is because a UBC wasn't attached OR it is the morning of deposit day. Please follow steps above to have your account funded accordingly if you haven't attached your UBC in the description of your deposit.
