I'm locked out – how can I log back into my account?
If you have attempted your password 5 times and have failed - you must wait 24 hours to access your account again. (I would recommend password resetting after the 3rd attempt to prevent delays)
You can speed this process up by raising a support ticket and providing -
A photo of yourself holding - Australian issued ID and a piece of paper that clearly reads: your signature, current date, the word myCryptoWallet and your UBC. Once we verify it is you - support will have your account unlocked.
